85g of biscuits Petit Henry’s
4 tablespoons of cornstarch
1 strawberry flan
1 bag of vanilla sugar
3 tablespoons of sugar
3 tablespoons of melted butter
1L of milk
A few strawberries for decoration
Blend the Petit Henry’s biscuits and then pour the melted butter over it.
Mix the two ingredients well.
Pour a layer into the verrines and let cool.
In a small saucepan, mix the milk, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla, sugar and flan.
Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly, until you obtain a thick cream.
Pour the cream into the verrines, then repeat the operation and put to cool.
Garnish the verrines with the strawberries.
